Overview

This mod reworks many of the missile items. Why? Not that I think missiles specifically needed to be better, I just had a lot of ideas, and these all go together nicely.

Artifact of Warfare?

Artifact of Warfare, much like Pocket ICBM, triples many projectile effects; not just missiles, and not just your own attacks, Warfare turns Risk of Rain 2 into more of a bullet hell (probably way more in the player's favor, though...). And indeed, Warfare is intended to REPLACE Pocket ICBM's effect. While it's not fitting for a Red item, it is still a very cool effect that deserves a place in the game, hence the artifact.

ARTIFACT OF WARFARE REQUIRES THE SURVIVORS OF THE VOID EXPANSION

ICBM rework coming soon (for now it's just disabled)...

Missile Tracking Changes

A less visible change, missiles fired by enemies (such as scavengers from Disposable Missile Launcher...) will now lose tracking on grounded targets. This means that you will only be targeted by missiles while airborne - and that you can dodge missiles by remaining grounded. Yay, counterplay!!!

What Else?

AtG Missile Mk.3: A rework for AtG Missile Mk1 - Instead of firing a single missile that deals 300% TOTAL damage, this reworked AtG has a chance to fire a series of missiles for 300% BASE damage. This results in more procs on large attacks, and less wasted damage on overkill. As a consequence, AtG Mk.3 gets a bit of a damage nerf from the vanilla version.

Plasma Shrimp: To be honest, this was just overtuned in vanilla. Balance adjusments are especially necessary with the AtG rework. Nothing crazy though.
