ClassicItemsReturns

This mod adds items and equipment from Risk of Rain and Risk of Rain Returns.

Common
Arcane Blades Increases movement speed by 20% (+20% per stack) after the Teleporter has been activated.
Bitter Root Increase base health regeneration by 3 hp/s for 2s (+2s per stack) after killing an enemy. Scales with level.
Fire Shield After taking more than 8% of your maximum health as damage, explode for 200% base damage. Additionally, enemies burn for 200% (+200% per stack) base damage.
Life Savings Generate 1 (+1 per stack) gold every 3 seconds. Scales with time.
Mu Construct Heal for 2.5% of your health every 5 (-25% per stack) seconds after the Teleporter has been activated.
Mysterious Vial Increase base health regeneration by +1 hp/s (+1 hp/s per stack). Scales with level.
Razor Penny Gain 5% (+5% per stack) critical chance. Critical strikes drop $1 (+$1 per stack) gold.
Snake Eyes Using a shrine increases critical chance by 7.5% (+7.5% per stack), up to 6 times. Resets at the start of each stage.
The Toxin Infect enemies on contact for 3 (+1) seconds, causing them to receive 30% extra damage from all sources.

56 Leaf Clover Elite enemies have a 4.5% chance (+1.5% chance per stack) to drop an item on death.
Arms Race Drones periodically fire a barrage of 4 (+2 per stack) missiles that deal 100% damage each. Recharges every 10 seconds.
Energy Cell Increases attack speed by 10%-40% (+10%-40%) based on health lost.
Golden Gun Deal extra damage based on held gold, up to an extra +40% damage (+20% per stack) at 300 gold (+150 per stack). Scales with time.
Locked Jewel Activating an interactable grants 25% (+15% per stack) of your maximum health as barrier as well as $8. Scales with time.
Prison Shackles Shackle enemies on hit for -30% attack speed for 2s (+2s per stack).
Royal Medallion 10% chance on hitting a boss monster to drop a buffing orb that improves health regen, attack speed, move speed, and base damage for 10s (+6s per stack).
Rusty Jetpack Increase jump height by 10% (+10%), and gain a short airhop.
Smart Shopper Enemies drop an extra 25% (+25% per stack) gold on kill.
Tough Times Grants +14 armor (+14 per stack).

The Hit List Randomly marks up to 1 (+1 per stack) enemy. Killing a marked enemy permanently increases base damage by 0.5.
Hyper-Threader 100% chance on hit to fire a laser that deals 60% base damage and bounces to 2 (+1) enemies.
Permafrost 3% (+3% per stack) chance on hit to freeze for 2 seconds.
Thallium On hit, 10% chance to poison for 2x300% of the victim's base damage per second and slow for -100% movement speed for 3 seconds (+1.5 seconds per stack).
Wicked Ring Gain 5% critical chance. Critical strikes reduce skill cooldowns by 1s (+0.5s per stack).

Gigantic Amethyst Activation refreshes all cooldowns.
Jar of Souls Creates 3 ghost duplicates of an enemy with 100% damage. Large enemies are duplicated once. Lasts 30 seconds.
Prescriptions Enter a drug-induced frenzy for 8 seconds, increasing damage by 25% and attack speed by 50%.
Thqwibs Release a bloom of 12 Thqwibs, detonating on impact for 360% damage each.

        • Increases attack speed by 10%-40% (+10%-40%) based on health lost.

      • Rusty Jetpack (New)

        • Increase jump height by 10% (+10%), and gain a short airhop.
          • Airhop is not affected by jump height, so that you can always use it to break your fall.

        Went with airhop instead of "hold to descend" due to potential conflicts with characters that use that input.

      • Royal Medallion (New)

        • 10% chance on hitting a boss monster to drop a buffing orb that improves health regen, attack speed, move speed, and base damage for 10s (+6s per stack).
          • Gives +3% base damage, +6% attack speed, +2m/s move speed, +1 health regen (scales with level)
          • Can stack up to 10 buffs at a time.
          • New buff stacks reset the duration of existing buff stacks.
      • Hyper-Threader (New)

        • 100% chance on hit to fire a laser that deals 60% base damage and bounces to 2 (+1) enemies.

        Currently has no limits since theoretically it takes a long time to reach "red-tier damage" with this item. Will keep my eye on this to see if it needs any changes.

      • Classified Access Codes (New)

        • The Atlas Cannon appears each stage, activating deals 40% (+20%) of maximum health as damage to the teleporter boss after it spawns.

        This will fix most bosses not using their attacks. Clay Dunestriders and Grandparents can teamkill at low health if converted, I believe there are mods on Thunderstore to fix this.

        This is just a bandaid fix, I highly recommend using AI Blacklist to disable it.
