Equipment Drone

- Now attempts to fire its Equipment as often as possible, regardless of target or distance.

I have found this to be a better M.O. than waiting for targets to show up within range, even if some activations end up wasted. At worst, it'll have another Preon Accumulator ready in 28 seconds.

Gunner Turret

- Targeting range increased. (60m -> 75m)

They're in a decent spot now, but I think a little bit of extra coverage wouldn't hurt.
