Commencement

- Cauldrons on Commencement will never contain items tagged with OnStageBeginEffect.
- Initial monster credits reduced. (900 -> 450)
- Increased charge radius for all Pillars. (20m -> 25m)
- Decreased charge duration for Pillar of Mass. (60s -> 45s)
- Pillar monster credits slightly increased. (700 -> 720)

Having items like Rusted Key & Sale Star show up on the cauldrons before the final boss felt a little bad, so off they go. This also means Unstable Transmitter is gone, but it's a sacrifice... I am willing to make. I will also be cutting in half the 900 initial monster credits, which is absolutely bonkers (almost four times Sky Meadow's!) and is the main contributing factor to Perfected Lunar Wisp spam in the late game. Pillar changes make them slightly less annoying to charge, which I feel is necessary to counteract the cheaper Lunar Exploders.

Conduit Canyon

- Adjusted cost multiplier of weak Collective Elites. (x2 -> x4)
- The Collective Elite promoting algorithm will now make sure it has enough credits to afford the upgrade.
- Enemies promoted to weak Collective now have their gold reward increased accordingly.
- Base monster credits for Collective Combat Shrines reduced. (120 leader / 70 support -> 100/0)
   * For reference, regular Combat Shrines hold 100.
- Collective Combat Shrine monster credits are no longer halved upon spawning the supporting monsters.

Collective boss worldspawns were consistently ending my runs on Conduit Canyon, so I investigated. Isn't Stage 4 a little early to be throwing Elite bosses my way? What I found out is worse than I could ever imagine; not only are Collective Elites on 67% discount, but the director is straight up willing to go into debt just to spawn them, which means monster spawns are paused until that debt is settled. Absolutely ridiculous. I've also dialed back Collective Shrines of Combat, because for some reason they are nearly twice as potent as a regular Shrine of Combat.

Pretender's Precipice

- Shrines will spawn as their snowy variants.

They forgot.

Rallypoint Delta

- Taking the fans on Rallypoint Delta grants a temporary speed boost.
   * Additively increases movement speed by 50%, for 10s.
   * Only affects the player team.

...I was a little bored. Here's some incentive to actually buy those things instead of mountain-goating your way to your destination anyways.
