What it do
It nerfs those flying tongue monsters so that they do less damage and so that their attack speed is halved
even on leveling up they should still be slightly weaker than what they currently are in-game
Installation
Drag contents of the plugins folder into your BepInEx/plugins folder and it should work, make sure to have the dependencies installed as well.
