High Scepter
Literally just changes the Ancient Scepter to be a Highlander tier item from Augmentum. Feels more fitting since it can't stack with itself, plus this prevents it from getting lost in the sea of modded red items for those who play with a lot of mods.
To-Do/Issues
- Change the item outline from red to the white gold color of the other Highlander tier items
- No longer changes to a different item if the survivor doesn't have an ability that can be upgraded
