README

RegeneratingScrapTweak

Allows Regenerating Scrap to be used for trades that require White items as well as Green ones.

I feel it's kind of obvious that Regenerating Scrap is one of the worst items in the game, due to the extreme infrequency of Green Printers to use it with. It's very typical to see only a single Green Printer in a whole run, so you carry around a dead item for most of the game to get one green later, and its function that it can be reused is almost always worthless. This mod allows you to use it to print White items as well, generally allowing you to gain one White item per stage, similar in overall power to the Shipping Request Form.

My original idea was to allow you to use it with printers of any colour, not just White and Green but Yellow and Red as well, but from testing I think this is too powerful, particularly if a Red Cauldron spawns on the final stage. Still, I have left this functionality available as a configuration setting if you would prefer it to work that way.

This is a Host-Only mod, only the host needs to have this mod in multiplayer to allow all clients access to its functionality. Note however that the Clients won't see the updated item description that tells you what you can print it into unless they also have the mod (and even then, they'll see the description matching what their configuration settings allow, rather than the host's).
