What is it?

It changes item outline colors, based on their respective categories.

For example, if you look at the logo of this mod, you can kinda tell what colors are gonna be what. The first one is for Tier2 items, second one for Tier3, third one for Equipment, the yellow is for boss items and naturally the white one is for Tier1 items. :)
