Gain an additional jump that takes 10 seconds to recharge after being used.
Must be on the ground for cooldown to recover.
Cloud Nine from MysticsBadItems reduces recharge time.
Installation:
Requires Bepinex and HookGenPatcher.
Use r2modman or place inside of Risk of Rain 2/Bepinex/Plugins/
