LevelStats
Increase Player Stats based on Level.
Does not replace existing level scaling effects.
The following stats are configurable with these default values:

+1.5% increased movement speed per level.

+1% increased attack speed per level.

+0 added base damage per level.

+0 added health per level.

+0.1 hp/s added regeneration per level.

+0 added armor per level.
Installation:
Requires Bepinex and HookGenPatcher.
Use r2modman or place inside of Risk of Rain 2/Bepinex/Plugins/
