LunarConstructor
The Lunar Constructor is a multi-tier interactable that takes the highest scrap you have and turns it into an item of that same tier.
it's a guaranteed spawn on moon2 and the bazaar

i eventually wanna like,,. balance it a bit better but,.,,.
TODO:
- add a penalty for using it? (random chance to become a lunar item instead or like, 5% max health reduction...)
- proper ping support
- chance-based spawning?
