Fixes Concussion Mine interactions with pots, no longer sending them into orbit.
This mod doesn't require KCCDownpatcher, and Pot Rolling remains as it is normally.

Lore

Before SOTS, pot golfing was a niche railgunner tech where you could use your mines to launch pots across a small distance. During the production of the SOTS update, Gearbox updated the KinematicCharacterController, which broke pot rolling entirely. So how Gearbox fixed that, is by reducing the mass to 5 (from 50), but this unintentionally causes pots to take insane knockback, including with Railgunner's Concussion Mines. Unfortunately, this was never fixed. How this mod deals with that is instead of changing the mass of a pot back to 50, it instead reduces the knockback force a pot takes by 10.
