Mod Overview
This mod is self-explanatory. It fixes the interaction of regen multipliers on negative regen.
For example, in vanilla, Monsoon's -40% regen multiplier would turn -10 regen per second into -6 regen per second. With this mod, the same multiplier turns -10 regen per second into -14 regen per second.
In the same way that this mod makes negative regen mutlipliers always reduce your regen, it will also cause positive regen multipliers to always increase your regen, like in the case of Spinel Tonic.
