Oops All Tax Collectors! - An Even Worse Case of Capitalism

I worked on this last year. I lost the csproject in a pile of flash drives. I found this backup dll. It's a few versions behind but I figured I might as well put it out there. Some Risk of Options.

Fair Warning

Chat has debug messages. The tax collectors are constantly spawning numbers. It's not damage. Someday it may be green dollar signs maybe. You'll spend a lot of time in Vengeance's purple tint. Someday it will be gold tinted maybe or not at all. The longer you go without paying taxes, the more tax collectors are sent. Haven't tested prolonged gameplay, multiplayer, or much of anything. My other mod Ya Better Run starts you with enough cash to trigger them immediately. My other other mod Cheater Skeeter in a Bad Case of Capitalism has a kaching debug that will also make you richer quicker.
