Adds a comprehensive void boss item tier and 19 new void counterparts to vanilla and DLC items.

- Added new item tier: Void Boss

- Interact to challenge the Void, increasing teleporter boss difficulty and spawning Voidtouched enemies. In exchange, all dropped boss items will be converted into void boss items.
- Not all Void Boss items are implemented yet, so bosses without one will drop their original boss item.
