Shrine of Birth

Makes the Shrine of Rebirth (from Seekers of the Storm DLC) not end the run, so you can use it more often in runs.

Config

DisableItemRemoval (true/false): Setting to true will prevent the shrine of rebirth from taking the item you give it.
