Overview
Makes the damage of Spite Bombs from Artifact of Spite deal damage based on the Ambient Level rather than the victim's damage stat. You can never be certain a Spite Bomb spawned from a Lesser Wisp or a Malachite Stone Titan so the damage of Spite Bombs can vary wildly, which you may not like.
Note that by default Spite Bomb damage is multiplied by 1.5 but some mods may change this.
