Allows you to add Gilded, Perfected and Voidtouched to any of the three main elite tiers and tweak their stats. Additionally has settings to change parts of the Gilded Tier.
The three Elite Tiers are:
T1 - Blazing, Glacial, Overloading and Mending
Gilded - Blazing, Glacial, Overloading, Mending and Gilded
T2 - Celestine, Malachite and Twisted
