War Banner Buffs
A tweak for the War Banner item to hopefully make it seen as more than item scrap (for the first 10 minutes of the run at least).
The buffs applied to all War Banners with this mod at default settings are:
+0.5% Healing based on max health (twice per second).
+0.1 Healing per level (twice per second).
+4 Damage
+10% Crit chance
In addition all players carrying War Banners will place one down at the start of each phase of the Final Boss (with the exception of the 4th phase). Players will also place down smaller War Banners when starting the Moon Pillar or Void Cell events.
All of these changes can be edited in the config if this seems too powerful.
Known Issues
- None for now?
