Gives amount of stages finished times a difficulty modifier as lunarcoins on ObliterateBalancedObliterate
- Gives amount of stages times difficulty multiplier as coins on run end
- Difficulty multiplier is configurable in `BepInEx\config\BalancedObliterate.cfg`
- Supports [HjUpdaterAPI](https://thunderstore.io/package/Lodington/HjUpdaterAPI/) as soft dependency for auto updating
