CHANGES
- Changes Mul-T to stand on all 4 wheels in the Lobby when selected.
- Changes Mul-T to show equipped weapons in the Lobby (similiar to Engineer's turrets and Operator's drones)
- Slightly buffs the Scrap launcher:
If both weapons are Scrap launchers during Power mode, and the player has Backup Magazines, both Scrap Launchers will have extra ammo.
(Changed from only the secondary Scrap Launcher having extra ammo)
