Enables Temporal Anti-Aliasing in Risk of Rain 2
Disclaimers: This antialiasing mode is not supported by Hopoo and minor visual glitches can and will occur. (I.e. teleporter flickering) This is my first serious attempt at mod development/C# and although it is essentially just 4 lines of code, general issues might happen!
