Allows your minions to charge the teleporter for you.
- Also applies to other "charging zones" like Void Cells
- Minions charging the teleporter will not teleport to their owner, and will generally prefer fighting enemies in the charging zone to following their owner
- Monsters will prioritise targets in the charging zone over targets outside of the zone
- Healing drones behave as normal
