Commission for Wiz3rd and Matsan.

Purchased drones will begin slowly healing after they die, eventually respawning after 30s, similar to operator's drones. Can repair drones that are normally unrepairable, like turrets and the TC-280 Prototype. Equipment drones keep their equipment.

Repairing

Drone auto-repair speed is configurable. By default it is 30s, which is the same as operators gunner drone.

Certain drones can be configured to die like normal:

  • TC-280 Prototype - normally unrepairable
  • Gunner Turret - normally unrepairable
  • Equipment Drone - normally hard to repair

Cost

The cost of pruchasing drones can be configured. You may want to increase the cost to offset the advantage this mod gives.

Additionally, it can be configured to automatically take money when repairing drones. When using this mode, some special conditions apply:

  • auto-repair cost is configurable. I recommend reducing it for your sanity.
  • equipment drones are free.
  • money cost is ignored on boss stages to prevent unavoidable losses: Gilded Coast, A Moment Whole, Commencement, The Planetarium, Prime Meridian, Solutional Haunt, Neural Sanctum
  • drone repair will be delayed until the cost can be met. Then it will immediately take the money.
  • players that can't pay the cost will lose their drones when moving to the next stage.
  • you can't buy another players drone.
