Zeina's Essentials (Multiplayer)

An offshoot of my essentials bundle to instead focus on multiplayer mods by picking out the mods that improve on social aspects of partying, socialising, and roleplaying with friend groups or public lobbies. Unlike my other pack, configuration is a lot more important here, so you're gonna want to read through the description and the mods to configure them to best suit yourself!

This is one of three Essentials bundles that I made, the other two focusing on singleplayer and hosting, they'll be linked at the bottom!

List of Mods

Gameplay mods

These are mods that improve the gameplay.

AutoSaver: Improved automatic saving and extra save backups. Configuration: EasySettings
Toolbar Tweaks: Various UI improvements and an auto-collector. Configuration: EasySettings
- The auto-collector is best paired with Penggrin QoL which increases the pickup radius (note that this includes NPC/object interaction radius)
Better Prism UI: Adds a visual overlay for Mystic's Prism to indicate how close to shattering it is with full party support
UI Shortcuts: Extra hotkeys for the UI like declining and accepting party invites. Configuration: EasySettings
DPS UI: Measures DPS and tracks time for dungeons & bosses with party support, host needs the mod installed. Configuration: EasySettings
Control Tweaks: Attempts to improve player control by adding features like walking. Configuration: EasySettings

Social mods

These are mods that improve the social aspect of multiplayer.

Server Prioritizer: Adds a priority mechanic for your favourite lobby or the last one you joined if left blank. Configuration: EasySettings
Chat Extras: Vastly improves the game chat, both client & host need the mod installed for 500 character messages. Configuration: EasySettings
Chat Colors: Allows players to customise the colour of their messages, the host having it means everyone can use it
- Dice And Color: Client-sided addon for ChatColors to add 2 dice RNG commands, don't clog up the chats!
Auto Map Room: Automatically creates a chatroom based on the (sub-)zone you're in. Configuration: EasySettings
Allow Any Names: Unrestricts player names to allow for longer and fancier names, comes with a rename button, other players need the mod
Roleplay Names: Allows you to set highly configurable custom titles for your characters with custom GUI. Configuration: F8 in-game

Cosmetic mods

These are mods that are more cosmetic focused.

Homebrewery: Core mod with various gameplay and cosmetic features. Configuration: Homebrewery.cfg (User Manual)
- Included All The Dyes for more dyes and Emote Macro Consumables for QoL
- Semi-suggest getting EverythingBrewery (performance concerns) or finding packs here
Character Menu Plus: Improves the character creator QoL with displays and buttons. Configuration: net.portalsam.AtlyssCharacterMenuPlus.cfg
Easy Vanity: Improves the vanity and dye systems by removing restrictions and costs. Configuration: EasySettings
Orb Colors: Allows you to customise your orb colour and size using RGB 0-1. Configuration: EasySettings
Emote Wheel: Adds a emote wheel hotkey and loads custom emotes. Configuration: EasySettings

Bonus excluded mods

These are mods that I chose/had to exclude for one reason or another, but are still great and cool mods you might be interested in.

Beyond Limits Patcher: Patcher for ButteredLilly's Beyond Limits, suggested if you wanna use the mod
ValhATLYSS: (WIP) Raises the level cap to 64, both client & host need it installed. (Currently in public testing)
Map Loader: Custom maps loader, both client & host need the maps installed to work
- Semi-suggest EverythingMaps (performance concerns) or finding custom maps here, console sync logs can tell you what maps the lobby has
Prop Placer: Allows you to place custom props like green screens with chat commands, both client & host need it installed
- Starlight Magistics Academy Props: Addon for Prop Placer to add props from the respective custom map
- Music Box Prop: Addon for Prop Placer to add a music box that actually plays music (real) (cool)
Server Extras: Adds latency analytics like ping and TPS with toggle hotkeys. Configuration: EasySettings
Discord Rich Presence: Adds Rich Presence to Desktop Discord, a fancy version of "Game Activity". Configuration: EasySettings

Dependency mods

These are mods that other mods rely on to function, and don't need to be tampered with as a result.

BepInEx Pack: Unity mod loader that basically all mods are using. Configuration: BepInEx.cfg (pre-configured already)
Easy Settings: Adds a 5th tab to the settings for configuring some mods easily
- Incompatible with AtlyssPluginSettings currently, use EasySettings for now, but both will be linked once fixed
Multitool: Swiss army knife API used by some mods to handle things like UI and custom save data
GLTF: Optional dependency of Homebrewery for custom 3D mesh support
Code Yapper: Forked version of a networking library that a bunch of mods use for multiplayer syncing
SQLite 4 BepInEx: Used by ChatColors to contain save data
