TAO Mod : Balatro's second Stupidest Mod™ AKA the ONLY mod where you can fight Sans!

A mod I originally made for me and my friends but, as it got bigger and got more features (and... sans...?), I decided to polish and release it ! :D

Contains

The entirety of Undertale's Sans boss fight! New Jokers! Explosions! New Bosses! Jumpscares! New Consumeables!

Installing

Note: Balatro Mod Manager (BMM) and the Balatro Mod Index (BMI) aren't maintained anymore, use one of the methods below instead.

Quick install

Via imm (in-game mod manager)

1. Install imm by following the instructions on its page.
2. Launch Balatro and open imm.
3. Search for "TAO", install it along with its dependencies and play!

Via the Thunderstore app

1. Install the Thunderstore Mod Manager (or r2modman) and select Balatro.
2. Search for "TAO" and install it, Lovely, Steamodded and Amulet get installed automatically.
3. Launch the game with "Start modded" and play!

Manual install

The Balatro mods folder is:

• Windows: %AppData%\Balatro\Mods
• macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Balatro/Mods
• Linux (Steam/Proton): ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/2379780/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Roaming/Balatro/Mods
• Linux (Flatpak Steam): ~/.var/app/com.valvesoftware.Steam/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/2379780/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Roaming/Balatro/Mods

Create the Mods folder if it doesn't exist yet. Both manual methods need these installed first:

1. Install the Lovely injector.
2. Download Steamodded and add it to your mods folder.
3. Download Amulet (recommended) OR Talisman and add it to your mods folder.

Via GitHub

1. Download TAO-<version>.zip from the latest release and extract it into your mods folder, it already contains a TAO folder.

Via the Thunderstore website

1. Find TAO on Thunderstore and click "Manual Download".
2. Create a TAO folder inside your mods folder and extract the zip into it (the zip has no folder of its own).
