• Tinnitus - Explosions now trigger a ringing in your ears, be careful
• Blood Sounds - Blood dripping now plays one of 31 different dripping sounds
• Bone Breaks - You can snap the limbs and neck of NPCs, listen to the sound it makes :3 new
• Nosebleeds - Run into a wall, hit an NPC or, punch your friend in the face to watch them bleed.
• Helmetcam - Simple spectator camera thats attached to the player's head (Customisable offsets)
• Bodycam - Simple spectator camera thats attached to the player's chest (Customisable offsets)

Warning, this mod is pretty laggy, I've done everything within my ability to optimize the mod, use at your own discretion.
