Automatically converts the WEBM files the game creates to MP4 for easier sharing

Why doesn't this use beplin?

This will be part of the push for MelonLoader instead of using Beplin. I and a few others enjoy using and creating for MelonLoader much more than Beplin and we believe it provides a much easier experience for the end user to install mods as MelonLoader has a simple installer also you can drag single DLL files into a mods folder rather than do all that Beplin stuff. If you disagree with this push, please don't port this mod over to Beplin and respect my wishes.

Other notes

• Only required by the client
• Will stay closed source until I feel confident that it won't be ported without my consent as I've seen happen in the past in some other modding communities

Planned Updates

• Adding a lot more customization for picking what format you want to convert to
• In-game menu
• Changing in-game text to say your file format instead of WEBM
