Adds the good parts of Mod the Gungeon to BepInEx.

Experimental two-player LAN/Radmin co-op. Native guest HUD, dialogue, fire/poison and hit feedback; independent cameras and smoother walking. Early-floor alpha; full campaign incomplete.

Makes the Breach feel lived in. To enable the skin, press ESC and navigate to Options > Mod Config > Skin Switcher. Then leave and re-enter the Breach to update it.
