The Captain is an unique Custom Character, possessing a notable combination of custom items and stats that gives him a very unconventional playstyle. Lacking in movement speed, the Captain must instead use his quickly-recharging Grappling Hook to effectively move around the battlefield, while using his harpoon gun, the Hell's Heart, to spear enemies and turn their bodies into living weapons as he "reloads". Burning with the vengeful hatred of the White Whale, he will deal greater damage to enemies that remind him of his nemesis and become the targets of his hatred. Starting with curse, coolness and an additional active item slot, he offers dangers and opportunities to new and old players alike.

DESCRIPTION:

• Starts with the Hell's Heart, a custom gun that is charged to shoot harpoons that stick into enemies and can be "reloaded" to yank them back, dealing additional damage and launching any killed enemies' bodies as short-ranged friendly projectiles, similarly to Casey (Gun was created by the awesome Skilotar_!)
• One extra Active Item slot (inherent to the character), 3 Coolness, 2 Curse and 15% higher shop costs.
• Reduced movement speed (Use the Grappling Hook to quickly reposition yourself and get out of tight situations!).
• Starts with the Captain's Eye, a custom passive item that will turn random enemies into "white whales" that give the Captain a large but temporary damage and speed buff upon being slain. (Item made by Skilotar_!)
• Deals higher damage to bosses, and slightly less to non-boss enemies.
• Custom sprites, bosscard, facecard, and foyercard, with an anachronistic space captain aesthetic.
• Punchout sprites and Punchout health cards, all made to be unique and distinctive to fit with the Captain's personality and aesthetic.
