This mod includes several foods in game EFT
Also there's a spawnable Hungry/Thirsty system, after spawning it, you will slowly feeling hungry and thirsty, if you haven't eat and drink for a certain time span, you will hear your stomach yelling.
when you finally can hear your heartbeats, you will notice that you are losing health, and you'd better grab some food and drink to eat!
