Lunge Mine

Nobody knows. But we know they were used widely in the pacific campaign against American tanks.
To use the lunge mine, pull pin, run against things. Simple.
Any slightest bump will set off the explosive, so watch out! As requested, the explosive doesn't kill you instantly but it will damage you enough.
