Speedrun Modpack

Speedrun is a modular Hades II speedrun pack that brings together targeted bug fixes, routing controls, quality-of-life options, and in-game timing support.

What Speedrun Provides

The current gameplay modules focus on four parts of a speedrun setup:

• Bug Fixes Fixes boon, hammer, weapon, and encounter bugs that can affect consistency during attempts.
• Routing Mods Shapes first-hammer selection, NPC appearances, world structure, and surface route behavior.
• Quality of Life Smooths menu flow, reset speed, keyboard-and-mouse handling, dialogue skipping, location display, and post-run screens.
• Timer Adds in-game timing overlays for real-time, load-removed, and engine-backed run timing.

Together, these modules let you tune:

• which known gameplay bugs are patched for speedrun attempts
• how much routing variance is removed from hammer, NPC, and surface behavior
• which attempt-flow conveniences are active
• whether timing is handled in game through the shared Speedrun UI

How To Use

Install using r2modman. In game, open the Speedrun menu and configure the modules from the shared settings window.
