Also added a config file so you can now change the spawn weight!

~ Bubbles Chimera has two special voice lines voiced by my wonderful friend ( @thesimbiote ). These two voice lines are mostly towards Camden, Aventurines VA who for some reason doesn't like bubbles??? :(
