Ghost Girl Fear Reset
Resets the turnAmount and hasBeenCriticallyInjured flag for every player at the start of every round. In the vanilla game, these values persist after every round and even through death. For more information on the fear mechanic, visit https://lethal.miraheze.org/wiki/Ghost_Girl#Mechanics.
