Removes certain sounds from scrap introduced in v73 to prevent audiobuffer to be filled all the time which prevents other sounds of being playedRemoves the sounds from the scraps introduced in v73. (HeartBeat, ...2, ...2_0, ...3, FliesBuzzing, ...AndMaggots) which cause the soundbuffer to be filled and prevent many other sound effects to be played. Instead of fixing the soundbuffer i just completely prevent these sounds to be played.(cuz they annoying anyways)
