Removes the sounds from the scraps introduced in v73. (HeartBeat, ...2, ...2_0, ...3, FliesBuzzing, ...AndMaggots) which cause the soundbuffer to be filled and prevent many other sound effects to be played. Instead of fixing the soundbuffer i just completely prevent these sounds to be played.(cuz they annoying anyways)
