Fixed Configs that weren't rendering as dropdown menus, they shouldn't be text anymore and I also cleaned up the wording so its not confusing.

I made it so reloading into a save no longer resets the pool when "Do Not Repeat Interiors" is enabled. This is to protect those who constantly have to restart but still don't want to see the same interiors popping up before seeing all of them.
