Click "Manual Download" on Thunderstore.
Inside the downloaded .zip file. Run the "r2modman Setup X.X.X.exe" (where X.X.X is the current version).
Follow the steps in the installer.
Step 2: Install modpack

Click "Install with Mod Manager" button
Step 3: Done
Launch through r2modman to play modded.
