Expected config:
- Scanner cooldown: 3.2 seconds
- HUD recharge duration: 3.2 seconds
IMPORTANT: r2modman profile exports do not reinstall manually/local imported mods. Keep this local mod installed in the active profile.

- BarGap = -5
- Moves recharge bar 10 px upward versus previous BarGap = 5 setting.
v1.0.2 HUD placement:
- Recharge bar moved above the EladsHUD stamina bar.
- Cooldown remains 3.2 seconds.
