Added more config options:
- The [General] section has options to disable the spawning of the Chicken Jockey, as well as set its HP, max spawn count, and power level.
- Additionally, in the [Spawning] section every level's spawn rarity can be customized, including custom moons.
- Default Lethal Company moons have my personal preference of their spawn rates and have been slightly altered from v1.0.0, and modded moons have a default spawn rate of 50.
- Additionally, levels can be blacklisted by typing their names in the Invalid Levels configs, separated by a ; symbol. The level names it looks for are the ones it displays on the main ship monitor, after "Orbiting:".
