What is this

A fun modpack that i made for me and my friends. I update & change it every now and then to keep it interesting and less predictable for them. Gameplay remains largely vanilla-ish but there are a bunch of QoL mods and many tweaks to make the game more forgiving, though a few other mods can actually make it harder to compensate.

What is in it

25 new moons (11 free and 14 paid), some have unique hazards and mechanics or even visual effects
3 new interior enemies and 2 new outside enemies (one being the returning Kidnapper Fox, who got nerfed and no longer enters the ship)
11 new interiors with carefully tweaked spawn chances to minimize interiors clashing with the exterior and the entrance
Some performance-improving mods for low-end users as well as graphical improvements for those with beefier PCs
Random assortment of cosmetics and suits, mostly videogame or cartoon themed
A buttload of funny player model replacements, mostly from other video games and cartoons
Upgradeable hotbar (6 slots total), giving more room for equipment or simply carrying even more scrap
Improved usability for vanilla equipment such as lockpickers, spray paint, the cruiser, etc.
Limited and randomized Moon selection, it starts small and expands after each successful quota, paid moons are sometimes on sale
Moon prices, number of scraps spawning, enemy counts and interior spawn chances have all been carefully tweaked and rebalanced
Moons now respect the min & max value of scraps instead of the min & max amount of scrap items
For every 1000 credits milestone reached in quotas you gain an additional day (up to 7 days total)
A whole bunch of fixes & tweaks to the vanilla game (too many to name, here's a tip for a very useful one: Try SCAN on the PC while in orbit!)
A handful of fun emotes like clapping, saluting, showing the stinky finger or even writing on a sign

What is the goal

To be completely honest, there isn't any. We just play to have a good time. It's not designed for try-hards or competitive play.

Why are all the notes from the Coroner mod in german

I only really share this modpack to friends who all speak german group and i wanted some funny lines which just simply work better in our native language. If you want the english ones, please locate the config file com.elitemastereric.coroner.cfg in in your config folder and change LanguagePicker from de to en-us

Known Issues

Ladder climbing animation doesn't play on other players
Some models turn completely black when in shaded or dark areas
Some models tend to block the view a bit too much due to big hands in 1st person
Coroner mod sometimes shows cause of death in english despite being set to german
