Here are the mods that change mechanics a tad so I'd suggest looking through (assume any mod not listed here is just a graphical or audio change):
Diversity: Changes up the mechanics of Brackens, Spiders, Thumpers, Face Huggers, and the Players a bit. Brackens mess with lights (ceiling lights and flashlights) and keep them off of for a bit. Forcefully turning on lights with the breaker will anger the bracken. Spiders and thumpers are stunned for a bit when hit. Face huggers can be torn off a player by spamming the interaction button on them. Ghost girl can mess with walkies now. Players have no more regen when critically injured. Players can also gain conditions like broken arm, broken leg, and bleeding. Darkness in the game is now complete darkness and you will not be able to see without a light. (HAS A CHANGEABLE CONFIG - CLIENT SIDED CONFIG)
Helmet_Cameras: Adds a POV camera of whoever your watching on the right of the radar inside the ship. (HAS A CHANGEABLE CONFIG - CLIENT SIDED CONFIG)
LetMeLookDown: Allows the player to look down further than normal.
MoreCompany: Allows more than 4 players to join a match and adds cosmetics you can change in the main menu.
Other mods have a changeable config as well besides the ones listed above so you can change anything to how you see fit
