Moon Changes

  • Days are much much longer (2x as long as vanilla)
  • Interiors are 4x as large, the enemy cap is doubled, double the scrap spawns, and the scrap has double value
  • You can only enter through main entrance (or inverse), and only leave through Fire Exits (or being teleported). If only 1 player is left alive, Main Entrance can be exited from again. Due to this, lockpickers/hacking tools (Or a ship guy)/dice are essential to avoid getting softlocked, and the primary focus upon entering is to locate the Fire Exits and connect to them via spray paint
  • After visiting a moon, it becomes "stale", only yielding 25% of the scrap it would normally. This decays after 3 days
  • Slenderman pages have double value
  • Jesters can now only spawn during the last 1/3 of the day
  • Reduced number of items in Wooden Crates from 1-3 --> 1-2, and in Metal Safes from 1-4 --> 1-2
  • Increased Vain Shroud spawn chance on the current moon from 15% --> 45% (as you won't be visiting the same moon as much anymore)
  • Removed Atlantica, as the flood gimmick doesn't pair well with the new interior changes -Removed PlayZone, Slaughterhouse, Deepcore Mines and Cabin (And disabled Gray Apartments+ACF+Storehouse+Tower) as the generation is broken by the huge interior size
  • Disabled Meteor Shower and Hurricane weathers for balancing

Quota Changes

  • Quotas start as just 1 day
  • Altered the starting quota to be much higher (1k), with quotas having a higher base increase but a lower steepness curve (less exponential)
  • Every 5k threshold hit, the quota increases by 1 day
  • Reduced cost to buy an extra day from 2k --> 1k, but increased the cost increase from 100 --> 500

Equipment Changes

  • Increased starting credits from 60 --> 200
  • The Teleporter, Inverse Teleporter, 999-Gal and Switchboard come unlocked from the start
  • Spray paint slot is free, and Spray Paint cost is reduced from 50 --> 15
  • Doubled the max amount of spray paint decals from 4000 --> 8000 (Might cause lag, this setting is clientside inside the BetterSprayPaint config)
  • Flashlight slot is free, and Pro flashlight cost is reduced from 25 --> 15, and Elite flashlight from 60 --> 30
  • Doubled Hacking Tool and Handheld Radar Battery life, and Pinger uses

Technical

  • Adjusted the default culling distance, and enabled "Distance Culling" in the CullFactory config. You can toggle this whilst playing.
