Changes

• Plugin name: EVLog
• BepInEx plugin ID: asta.evlog
• Config file: BepInEx/config/asta.evlog.cfg
• Reads HQ Launcher.EventId from config.
• Loads https://f.asta.rs/hq-launcher/events.json.
• Finds the matching events[].id and adds each mods[].id to the allowed mod list.
• Shows only disallowed mod IDs in the log and main menu warning.
• Displays the session hash text in a rainbow color.
