Reads HQ Launcher.EventId from config.
Loads https://f.asta.rs/hq-launcher/events.json.
Finds the matching events[].id and adds each mods[].id to the allowed mod list.
Shows only disallowed mod IDs in the log and main menu warning.
Displays the session hash text in a rainbow color.
