Install Matty Fixes
Install NicheTweaks and enable:
- Reparent items to furniture on load, under zOther mods
If you use GeneralImprovements, disable:
- Fix items falling through, under Fixes
- Fix items loading same rotation, under Fixes
In DawnLibs, make sure these are set to FALSE:
- Item saving
- Unlockable saving

If the house feels too safe or cheesy, the teleporter can be disabled on moons.
You can use the smaller variant of the teleporter if you don't like how big the table is.
You can also completely disable the house and prevent it from loading if you so desire.

Placing the teleporter directly under where you pull the lever and pulling the lever will make undesirable things happen
Entering the teleporter whilst in build mode with the teleporter itself will cause you to plummet to your death
