Earlier releases

• Puts each LethalBots bot's real name (Mission Control, Scavenger, Partner, and so on) back on its floating nametag and the TAB scoreboard.
• Kept in sync with a light periodic refresh instead of Harmony hooks, so there are no per-frame patches and no log spam.

• Enabled - turn it off if you would rather your bots stay nameless.
