Small Modpack Fix

Applies this pack's lobby rules on every player who has the mod installed.

• Vanilla moons on the terminal are March, Dine, and Artifice. Modded moons stay visible. route random uses that same list.
• Route prices: March, Gloom, Flicker, Dine, and Oldred are 0. Contingency and Pareidolia are 200. Bozoros is 300. Wither and Budapest are 400. Defectus, Artifice, and The Iris are 800. Lua is 1200.
• Interiors are Art Gallery, Asten Laboratory, Carnival, Deep Sewers, and PlayZone, at equal weight on every moon except Bozoros. Bozoros is 50/50 PlayZone and Carnival. Deep Sewers stays at its authored size.
• Enemies already on a moon share equal spawn weight. Spawn counts and scrap are left alone.
• Foggy and Dust Clouds cannot be selected.

LethalLevelLoader and WeatherRegistry are required. Display All Moons and Route Random Redexed are used when they are installed.

• Stops the red errors from this pack: broken dungeon registration, duplicate network prefabs, the casino menu notice, mod data startup, the lights animator, unreadable navmesh meshes, the terminal caret rebuild, and bodycams on death.
