Shows the quota info on an overlay

Shortcuts:

1. Enter editing mode : CTRL + SHIFT + E

2. Reposition the textbox (while the editing mode is on): CTRL + UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT

3. Leave editing mode : CTRL + SHIFT + D
